Alexander James Jeffery Horne is an English comedian. Horne is the creator of the BAFTA award-winning Taskmaster, a comedy show in which he is the assistant to “Taskmaster” Greg Davies, who reviews the comedians on the various silly quests they are asked to perform. He is also the host and band of The Horne Section, a comedy group where he runs their podcast of the same name, as well as their musical variety show on BBC Radio 4 and Dave. He was a candidate for the 2008 Countdown show for Channel 4 and has visited the Dictionary Corner on 8/10 Cats Does Countdown several times with his band.
